Chris Roebuck
is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School, an expert on corporate leadership and a former Royal Engineer Officer. He speaks globally to conferences, to corporate leaders and advises organisations on improving organisational performance through people – stressing the value to organisations of the skills that those "Soldier On!" seek to help often have.

Chris has advised global financial and logistic companies, top law firms, not for profit and UK National Health Service and has held senior roles in London Underground, KPMG, HSBC and UBS. At UBS the project he delivered won the bank the title Top Company for Leaders 2005 and is now a Harvard Business School Case study.

In 2009 Chris was nominated as one of the most influential HR thinkers. Chris also advises organisations such as the UK Government, the Chartered Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Kings Fund and Royal Society of Medicine. After leaving the Army he also presented on leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Joint Service Staff College.

Chris is regularly interviewed on UK and global TV and his work and thoughts have been featured in publications such as UK national press, FT, Wall Street Journal, Le Monde, Times of India.

David Royston-Lee
David has over 20 years experience in coaching, counselling and mentoring. His experience covers everything from traditional consultancy with KPMG to HR Director for one of the UK’s biggest advertising agencies to his own successful consultancy business Partners in Flow.

David was one of the pioneers in the field of Career Management. He has scoured the world for the best tools and techniques to enable people to identify and integrate their talents and skills to develop a truly satisfying career.

He is a fully qualified Chartered business psychologist with a degree in Economics, Sociology and Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. David is also a member of the Institute of Personnel & development; a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and a Freeman of the City of London.
