"I have known Nicholas Harrison for three years and we first met in his capacity as an executive search consultant when I was seeking employment after leaving the Army. I found him to be extremely conscientious and capable and his advice was measured and helpful. He is a generous individual and I judge him to be magnanimous and trustworthy. He understands the trials and tribulations of the executive search market and is supportive of those who are seeking their way forward for life part two'."
Former Senior Infantry Officer
"The experience and guidance I have received has enabled me to choose an alternative career in something I love doing, my only regret is that the excellent "Soldier On!" initiative was not available when I originally left the forces."

The Royal Navy seeks to make it easier for serving personnel leaving the Service to access training and civilian jobs through the Career Transition Partnership, a partnering arrangement with Right Management Ltd. The Navy recognises the services being provided by organisations such as "Soldier On" who plan to identify recruitment opportunities for some of our most seriously injured personnel. We welcome this additional support.

The fortitude shown by our soldiers in the most challenging situations surpasses anything demanded in any other walk of life. Such strength of character continues to be required every day for many who have returned from recent conflicts having suffered life changing injuries. 'I contacted Nick Harrison to help me find a new job. He instantly suggested a role to me that I had not thought of but having helped me re-write my CV I realised that I had all the necessary skills and experience for this role. Nick was very helpful and attentive though out the interview and negotiation process and even called to find out how I was getting on in the job after my first week.
I always felt that both myself and the client were treated with equal importance. I found Nick was clearly an experienced recruiter and would recommend Nick's services to anybody else having found me the ideal role which I am finding both enjoyable and challenging.'
