As a fully registered charity dedicated to supporting medically discharged members of the Armed Forces there is no charge for any of our services.
It costs in excess of £1,500 to put a Soldier On! student through our unique and individually tailored Career Management Pathway. This includes attendance on residential workshops and intensive one to one coaching, counselling and mentoring throughout the UK. We make every effort to keep our administrative costs low in order to channel funds directly to our front line services and all expenditure is regulated by our Trustees.
Soldier On! is always extremely grateful for any donation, however small or large, to assist in funding our work. We are actively looking to secure funds from corporate sponsors, events, legacies and individual donors to keep this unique and successful organisation going.
If you are planning or taking part in a fundraising event to support Soldier On! then please let us know. We would be delighted to offer our support and thanks.
Soldier On! is registered to receive Gift Aid, a simple and straight-forward scheme set up by the UK Government to allow charities to claim tax relief on gifts from those who pay UK Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. Soldier On! can reclaim basic rate tax on your donation, which will add an additional 28% to the value of your gift. If you pay higher rate UK tax, you will be eligible to claim additional tax relief, reducing the net cost to yourself.
For all donations, event and fundraising enquiries please contact Chris Dreyfus, Chairman of Trustees.
