It has long been standard practice to provide service-leavers with lists of 'job' vacancies. "Soldier On!" believes it is necessary to offer a far more personalised recruitment experience than this and focuses heavily on listening to the needs and ambitions of our clients and candidates. This means really getting to know our clients and forming true partnerships where we understand the 'culture' of the organisation. For our candidates it means appreciating exactly who they are, where they want to go and how they will get there...We offer therefore free advertising of roles and also aim to individually introduce relevant candidates to our partner clients. It is through this dual offering of 'reverse headhunt' together with traditional vacancy advertisments that we are able to champion former service-personnel into rewarding and sustainable careers...
